Really great store for your running needs. Found them thru Google maps. Stopped by today & Connor was a great help for the process. Feet scanning, recommendations & shoe try on. Everyone there is very patient with the customers & their knowledge is top tier. Thank you for the experience & my new ASICS!

We came from our podiatrist who recommended special support sneakers for my wife and in the Princeton store we met Brandon who patiently listened and addressed her needs with a thorough analysis and test fitting of many pairs of shoes. We went away with a pair of super comfortable sneakers, sandals and compression socks. She wore them yesterday and said she never felt better. Thank you.

We were visiting Princeton and stopped in the store as I needed some runners. The foot scans and evaluation process were amazing. The employee that assisted me (sad I can’t remember his name) was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and the results. The store was very busy, but he never made me feel rushed or pressured me to make a quick decision. The store is also stocked with great products, so we will definitely be repeat customers⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm not running much anymore, but I walk a lot and I needed new shoes. I was met by a friendly associate who took my number and told me they would text me when it was my turn. I went next door for a coffee and returned to be assigned a knowledgeable employee who explained their foot scanning technology to me. I stood on a scale-like machine that made a 3-D image of my feet and walked across a pad which measured my gait. These cool images revealed my arch, the places on my feet where I put excess pressure, and the length, depth, width of my feet, etc. The employee listened generously to all my comments about what I wanted, and did not want, my shoe to look like. She recommended three different shoes that would be good for my feet and goals. All were comfy, but I chose the Asics GEL-Cumulus 27 in a size 11 women's. Based on my arches, she recommended I add inserts, but I have never felt the need for these, so I opted out. The associate did not push the inserts, or socks, or anything else, on me, she just quickly helped me pay for the shoes I chose and sent me happily on my way. I wore them out of the store so I could enjoy a walk right away! Outstanding experience.

1:1 service is unmatched. The employees are knowledgeable and adaptable to any and all feedback after trying on a shoe. The foot scans are very neat and helpful. The employee asked what my shoes were for, what I was training for and any pains I have been having. Very personable and professional. Most of all, I appreciate that I didn’t feel rushed! Went through many many shoe options! And even after I liked one, I was asked if I wanted to try ones similar to ensure that was the best one! Didn’t push any particular brand either. Would definitely recommend!

I bought shoes from here weeks ago and I've never been more satisfied with the service I received. Ollie and Paul were experts and so very polite during my time hereCannot recommend this store enough! Love the new balances I purchased and I will absolutely be coming back with my husband next time

Wonderful establishment for running shoes or any other equipment you may need related to the sport. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. They have cool technology to scan your foot, so that you can get the best fitting shoe possible. Excited to come again when I need a new pair!

My husband and I had such a positive shopping experience today. Brandon went above and beyond to help us find “ the perfect shoe”. We both have a hard time finding a shoe that fits properly. He knew his products,was extremely knowledgeable and patient. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and we truly appreciated it. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this store to friends.
